-same key for home and car
-car charges when at home
-homeowners can rely on the car battery as an electricity backup in case of emergency
-earthquake resistant
-plans for an electricity-monitoring system that charges car on off-peak hours
-more than a dozen designs
-houses can be built in 45 days
